How to Buy on Taobao and Ship Overseas with CN2G

You can buy directly on Taobao and use CN2G to receive and forward your parcels, or ask CN2G to purchase an item for you. Choose the route that fits your account and payment situation before ordering.

For an item with batteries, liquid, powder, food, or another shipping restriction, start with the item shipping check. A seller accepting your order does not confirm that the item can travel internationally.

• Buy yourself: pay the Taobao seller directly; arrange international shipping through CN2G later.
• Purchase assistance: read payments and checkout, then submit the product link for a quotation.

Open Taobao or its official app. Follow the sign-in or registration option shown on your screen. When registering with a mobile number, select your own country or region code and enter a number you control. Complete any SMS, identity, or other security checks personally.

Registration and login options can differ by country, account, and device. If the process stops, use Taobao's official help or consider purchase assistance instead of repeatedly creating accounts.

• Keep passwords, SMS codes, and verification documents private.
• Do not use a warehouse phone number to register your personal Taobao account.

Enter a product name, model, brand, or Chinese keyword in the search field. Use image search if that option is available. Chinese keywords can help narrow results, but compare the product specifications rather than relying on a translated title alone.

• Check whether the displayed price belongs to an accessory, deposit, or different variant.

Open the listing and read the available options and detailed description. Check the exact item against the list below before you commit to payment. Look beyond the translated title and confirm any unclear specification with the seller.

Ask the seller about unclear specifications, dispatch arrangements, and return conditions. Keep the answers and the order details for reference.

• Exact model, colour, size, quantity, and included accessories.
• New, used, refurbished, preorder, or deposit-only status.
• Voltage, plug, network, language, and regional compatibility where relevant.
• Seller history, recent reviews, delivery charges, and return terms.
• Battery type and capacity, including whether the item can charge other devices.

Sign in to CN2G and open your warehouse details. Copy the displayed Qingdao warehouse address, recipient details, phone number, and your own member code. The physical warehouse may be shared, while the member code helps identify your parcels.

Always use the details assigned to your account. Do not copy another buyer's code, an address from an old tutorial, or information visible in a public screenshot.

• Preserve the Chinese address exactly as displayed.
• Keep your member code in the location specified by CN2G.
• Ask support if any address field is unclear.

Open Taobao's delivery-address settings and add an address in mainland China. Match each field to the warehouse details from your own CN2G account. Select the province, city, and district carefully, then paste the complete Chinese street address into the detailed-address field.

Save the address, select it for this purchase, and compare the saved version with CN2G. Address labels and field order may differ between the website and app.

• Recipient: use the assigned recipient format and member code.
• Phone: use the warehouse contact shown by CN2G.
• Detailed address: keep building, unit, room, and identification details intact.
• Postal code: use the supplied code if requested.

For self-purchases, choose the exact variant and quantity, then review Taobao's checkout screen. Confirm the warehouse address, seller, item subtotal, domestic delivery charge, and final amount. Some displayed discounts require specific eligibility; the amount actually payable may differ from a search result.

Use only a payment method available to your account. Overseas cards are not guaranteed to work for every purchase.

• Save the order number and purchased-item details.
• When the seller dispatches, record the domestic courier and tracking number.
• Assisted purchase: approve and pay the CN2G quotation instead; do not buy the same item twice.

For a self-purchase, submit a parcel pre-alert when the domestic tracking number becomes available. Include the courier and a useful item description. Pre-alerting helps the warehouse match arrivals to your account.

A courier's delivered scan and completed warehouse intake are different events. Check My Parcels for CN2G's arrival record and available photos.

• Avoid duplicate pre-alerts for one tracking number.
• If the seller splits the order, track each parcel separately.
• If an arrival is missing, send support the order and tracking details.

Review the arrival photos and request any additional inspection before shipment. If factory seals must remain intact, state that clearly before handling. An external photo can show packaging condition; it does not by itself certify authenticity or internal function.

For self-purchased eligible parcels, use consolidation to request combined packing. An assisted order may proceed directly through its purchase record; do not create a duplicate consolidation request.

• Provide the complete overseas delivery and required customs details.
• Compare service, chargeable weight, included fees, exclusions, and quote validity.
• Treat the 4PX calculator as an estimate, subject to final packing and acceptance.

Open My Billing, review the issued invoice, and pay through the available checkout method. Distinguish the purchase price, any purchase balance, and international freight. Do not pay an old estimate as though it were a final invoice.

Confirm the overseas address before dispatch. Once a shipment is recorded, follow My Shipments. International tracking may use a different number from the seller's domestic delivery.
