Use CN2G(your member code) as the recipient. Keep order screenshots and domestic tracking numbers. If a seller splits an order, register each parcel separately; a shopping order number alone may not identify an inbound parcel.
Compare packed weight and dimensions
You can request consolidation, but combining parcels does not always reduce the bill. Actual weight, packed volume, item attributes and destination affect eligibility and price. Warehouse measurements and the final bill take precedence.

Before you place an order
Can Taobao, JD.com, Pinduoduo and 1688 sellers deliver to the warehouse?
Use the address in your account if the seller supports delivery to mainland China. Check the seller's delivery coverage first. Warehouse acceptance does not guarantee international shipping eligibility.
What about Xianyu, Xiaohongshu or Dewu?
Confirm that the seller provides trackable domestic delivery, clear item details and transaction evidence. Have second-hand, branded, battery-powered or special-material items reviewed before paying.
Does a shipping estimate include the goods and import tax?
A freight estimate is not the total landed cost of your purchase. Check goods, domestic delivery, optional services and possible import taxes separately against the quote and route terms.
