Can I start without a product link?
Yes. Share a photo or a clear description. We assess feasibility first; finding an exact match or the lowest price is not guaranteed.
How is this different from standard purchasing?
Standard purchasing is for a chosen product link and variant. Personal shopping adds help finding, comparing or checking an item with its seller. Neither proceeds to purchase without an approved quote.
When will I be charged?
Submitting a request does not charge you. The standard purchase fee is 8% of the verified item subtotal; China delivery is separate. Custom work or extensive sourcing requires an agreed scope and separate quote, never an automatic extra fee. International shipping is confirmed after packing and reweighing.
Can you buy secondhand, custom or high-value goods?
Each request needs a source, seller-terms and shipping review. Custom and secondhand items may not be returnable. Basic inspection is not professional authentication. We do not facilitate counterfeit goods, infringement or evasion of restricted-item rules.
Where do we stay in touch?
Each signed-in request has a private conversation. An assigned contact appears once someone takes the request. Keep item suggestions, extra photos and quotes together instead of repeating yourself across messaging apps.
What if I decide not to buy?
You may request cancellation before the seller order. After purchase or work begins, the seller terms, completed services and agreed costs apply. Unconditional returns are not promised.
