How to Buy on JD.com and Ship Overseas with CN2G

If you can use your own JD account and complete payment, buy directly from the seller and use CN2G for China receiving and overseas forwarding. If registration, language, or payment gets in the way, send the exact product link to CN2G and request an assisted-purchase quotation.

Before buying an item with a battery, liquid, powder, food ingredients, or other shipping restrictions, use the item shipping check. Domestic delivery to a warehouse does not establish international acceptance.

• Buy yourself: pay on JD.com, then arrange forwarding in your CN2G account.
• Ask CN2G to order: submit the link, exact variant, and quantity; review the quotation before approving the purchase.
• Read payments and checkout to understand how the purchasing and shipping stages are charged.

Open JD.com or the official JD app. Choose the sign-in or registration method available on your screen. The website may show app QR sign-in, password sign-in, and SMS sign-in. Complete any identity or security verification yourself.

For a mobile-number flow, choose your own country or region if it is supported, then use a number you control. Overseas-number availability and SMS delivery can vary. If you cannot finish, contact JD support or choose purchase assistance instead.

• Keep your JD password and one-time verification codes private.
• Use your own phone for your JD account; the warehouse receiving phone is for parcel delivery.
• Do not assume an existing account or overseas phone will work for every verification step.

Search by product name, brand, or exact model. Compare the same variant across listings and read the selected options before judging the price. A displayed amount may depend on a coupon, membership, subsidy, preorder deposit, or different accessory.

Look for the “自营” label and read the seller information on the product page. “旗舰店” describes a store name or type; it does not replace checking the sales, delivery, and after-sales information. A listing may be both a JD self-operated listing and an official flagship store.

• Check the model, colour, size, quantity, condition, and included accessories.
• Read the seller's recent reviews, dispatch arrangements, and return terms.
• For electronics, check the China-market version, plug, voltage, language, network compatibility, and warranty coverage.
• For battery products, confirm the battery specifications and whether the item can charge other devices.
• Save the exact product link and selected variant.

Sign in to CN2G and open your warehouse details. Use the current Chinese address, assigned recipient format, warehouse contact phone, and your own member code shown there.

Copy these details from your own account each time you need to check them. A public tutorial, another customer's screenshot, or an old saved address may omit the information needed to identify your parcel.

• Keep the Chinese address complete, including building, unit, room, and any required identifier.
• Place your member code where your CN2G account instructs you to put it.
• Keep the China receiving address separate from your final overseas delivery address.

On the website, look under “我的京东” → “账户设置” → “收货地址”. In the app, look under “我的” → settings → “地址管理”. You can also use the address entry shown at checkout. Labels and locations may change with the interface.

Add a mainland China address and match each field to your CN2G receiving details. Select the correct province, city, and district, then paste the full Chinese street address. Save it and confirm that this address is selected for the order you are placing.

• 收货人 — recipient: use the assigned format and any required member identifier.
• 所在地区 — region: select the province, city, and district from your warehouse details.
• 详细地址 — detailed address: preserve the complete Chinese street and building information.
• 手机号码 — mobile phone: use the warehouse receiving phone shown by CN2G.
• If a postal code is requested, use the one supplied in your receiving details.

For a self-purchase, select the exact variant and quantity, then check the seller, warehouse address, item subtotal, domestic delivery charge, discounts, and final amount. A delivery estimate to the China warehouse is not an estimate of arrival at your overseas home.

Pay using a method actually offered for this order. JD's official Global Sales help describes international Visa, Mastercard, and JCB support, but this does not guarantee the same options for an order delivered to a mainland China warehouse. If an international card is unavailable or rejected, do not assume changing the address will solve it.

• Keep the order number, item details, and payment record.
• Domestic delivery and international forwarding are separate stages; review each quotation and invoice.
• For an assisted purchase, approve and pay the CN2G quotation instead of buying the same item again on JD.com.
• Instalment options may have account eligibility requirements. Confirm any cash-on-delivery arrangement with CN2G before choosing it for a warehouse order.

After the seller dispatches, open “我的订单”, choose the relevant order, and check its logistics information. Record the courier and the domestic tracking number. The JD order number identifies your purchase; the carrier tracking number identifies the parcel in transit.

For a self-purchase, submit a parcel pre-alert with the tracking number, courier, and clear item description. If the order ships in several parcels with different tracking numbers, record each one separately.

• Check all packages if JD or the seller splits the order.
• Do not create duplicate pre-alerts for the same tracking number.
• For an assisted order, check its linked purchase record before adding another parcel record.
• If tracking information looks incomplete, retain the order details and contact the seller or support.

Check the CN2G arrival record and any photos available for your parcel or purchase order. Tell support before handling if factory seals must remain intact or if you want additional inspection. Confirm the scope and cost of any optional work first; external photos alone do not establish authenticity or internal condition.

Provide your complete overseas address and required customs details. Review the selected shipping service, packed dimensions, chargeable weight, included fees, exclusions, and quote validity. The 4PX calculator is an estimate; acceptance and the final quotation depend on the item and packing.

Review the issued invoice in My Billing, distinguish any purchase balance from international freight, and pay through the available checkout. After dispatch, follow My Shipments; the international tracking number may differ from the domestic one.

• Self-purchased eligible parcels: request combined packing through consolidation.
• Assisted purchase: continue in the original purchase record and follow its next action; do not create a duplicate consolidation request.
• Confirm the recipient details before dispatch and respond promptly to any carrier or customs request.
• Destination taxes and other charges depend on the chosen service and applicable rules; check the quotation rather than assuming they are included.
