How to Buy on Xianyu and Ship Overseas with CN2G

Xianyu is a marketplace for idle goods and other listings. Items can differ in condition, accessories, seller terms, and available quantity. Decide who will place the order before paying for anything.

If you can use your own Xianyu account, the official phone app, and Alipay for the web flow described here, you can buy from the seller and use CN2G for China receiving and overseas forwarding. If account access, Chinese communication, or payment is difficult, ask CN2G about purchase assistance.

• Buy yourself: you choose, order, and pay on Xianyu; then manage the parcel in your CN2G account.
• Assisted purchase: send the exact listing link, requested condition, options, quantity, destination, and inspection needs. Review the quotation and confirm availability before approving the purchase.
• Before buying batteries, speakers, liquids, powders, food, or other potentially restricted goods, request an item shipping check. Domestic delivery does not confirm international acceptance.

Open the official Xianyu website and choose 登录. The supplied desktop screenshots show SMS login, password login, and phone-app QR login. Use the method offered on your own screen and complete any security or identity checks yourself.

For SMS login, open the country-code menu and look for the country or region of your own phone number. A region appearing in the list does not guarantee that every number can register, receive a code, or finish verification. Country-code choices also do not establish whether Xianyu offers service in your region; check its current availability and feature notices. The warehouse phone is for domestic parcel delivery, not for registering your personal account.

• Install the official Xianyu app from your trusted app store; the address-management step below uses this app.
• For app QR login, scan only the fresh code on your own official Xianyu page and check the action before authorizing it.
• Keep your password, SMS codes, Alipay credentials, and identity documents private. Purchase-assistance enquiries do not require your password or one-time codes.

Use a specific model, brand, or Chinese keyword. The example searches for “beats pill 宝可梦”. Compare listings for the same model and included items, then check whether the seller offers shipping to your China receiving address.

The search page shows sorting, a price range, and filters such as 个人闲置, 包邮, and 全新. Apply only the filters you need. A tag, thumbnail, low price, or buyer-feedback badge is a starting point for checking a listing, rather than evidence of authenticity.

• Check the actual item, model, capacity or size, colour, quantity, accessories, and condition.
• Separate an actual product from an accessory, empty box, deposit, repair service, or wanted listing.
• Read recent seller feedback and the listing text. Save the exact link and agreed details.
• For electronics, check regional version, voltage, plug, language, compatibility, battery condition, and any account or activation lock.

Open the listing and use 聊一聊 to ask about the actual item before choosing 立即购买. Confirm faults, repairs, scratches, missing accessories, original packaging, shipping, and any return agreement in the platform conversation. Ask for current photos or a functional video when useful.

In this example the listing says 几乎全新 (almost new), and its title says the box was opened to record a video. Treat it as an opened item. The title also makes an authenticity claim; that is the seller’s statement, not an independent verification or a CN2G endorsement.

• For a battery product, obtain the model, battery specifications, and condition before requesting a shipping check.
• If the price changes after discussion, let the seller update the platform listing or order, then verify the final amount.
• Keep communication and payment within the platform order. Do not transfer money to a seller’s personal Alipay, WeChat, bank account, or an external payment link.
• Do not assume every secondhand sale includes a seven-day change-of-mind return or a manufacturer warranty. Confirm the terms that apply to this item.

Sign in to CN2G and open your warehouse details. Copy the complete current Chinese address, assigned recipient format, receiving phone, and your own member code exactly as instructed in your account.

Use your own current details. Another customer’s screenshot, a public contact number, or an old saved address may fail to identify your parcel correctly. Keep your final overseas address separately in CN2G.

• Keep the province, city, district, street, building, room, and any required identifier complete.
• Place the member code in the field and format specified by CN2G; do not invent or shorten it.
• If a warehouse detail is unclear, ask support before saving the address or placing the order.

In the demonstrated desktop flow, open 管理地址 from the order page. The website displays APP扫码管理地址 instead of a desktop address-entry form. Use the scan control in the official Xianyu phone app to scan the fresh QR shown on your own computer, then complete address management on the phone.

Choose 添加收货地址 where available. In 所在地区, select 中国内地（大陆） and then the exact province, city, and district from your current CN2G details. The suggested city shown in the screenshot is only a selector example. Do not choose it without matching your own warehouse details.

Enter the full detailed Chinese address, assigned recipient, and warehouse receiving phone. The mobile phone-code picker shows 中国大陆 +86; this field is the domestic delivery phone, separate from the personal phone used for account login. Save the completed address, return to the desktop order, and check that the new address is available and selected. If it has not appeared, reopen or refresh the order and check again.

• 所在地区 — region: follow the warehouse province, city, and district, not your overseas destination.
• 详细地址与门牌号 — detailed address: include street, building, room, and the member identifier wherever CN2G instructs.
• 名字 — recipient: use the recipient format assigned in your own account.
• 手机号 — phone: use the warehouse receiving number and appropriate China country code from your receiving details.
• Review the completed address and save it. The blank-form screenshot is cropped above the save control; scroll down on your own phone to finish.

Return to the desktop order and select the correct current CN2G China address. Check the item, agreed condition and accessories, quantity, domestic shipping charge, and final total. The example shows an item subtotal of ¥1,990 and domestic shipping of ¥0; these figures are examples only.

In the web checkout demonstrated here, choose 确认购买 (Confirm purchase), then pay with Alipay. Prepare your own Alipay account that can complete this transaction and follow the official checkout instructions. Check the payee or merchant, amount, and order association before confirming payment. Complete any Alipay verification yourself.

Xianyu’s official user agreement says payment methods can differ by product and channel. Check your actual cashier; do not assume that WeChat Pay or an overseas card will be available in the desktop flow described here.

• Keep the platform order number, listing details, conversation, and payment record.
• Pay through the platform checkout for the order. A request to make a separate personal transfer is not the checkout shown here.
• If payment fails, read the account or checkout message and seek official support; do not pay a second time until you have checked the order status.
• For an assisted purchase, review and pay the CN2G quotation in the agreed process. Do not buy the same item again on Xianyu.
• Check item cost, domestic delivery, any agreed assistance or handling work, and international freight against the actual quotation or invoice.

After the seller dispatches, open the relevant order from 订单 and view its logistics information. Record the domestic courier and tracking number. An order number identifies the purchase; the carrier’s tracking number identifies the parcel.

For a self-purchase, add a parcel pre-alert with the courier, tracking number, and a clear item description. If several parcels have distinct tracking numbers, record them separately. For an assisted order, check the linked purchase record before adding any extra parcel record.

• Keep each tracking number and verify that the parcel was sent to your selected China address.
• A domestic delivery scan and CN2G’s completed warehouse registration are separate events. Follow intake in My Parcels.
• Monitor the platform order status and any confirmation or dispute deadlines. Ask for help promptly when the item is delayed or the tracking is inconsistent.
• Do not click 确认收货 before the parcel has arrived and the agreed inspection has been completed. A delivery scan alone does not establish item condition.

Review the CN2G arrival record and available photos against the listing and agreed accessories. Tell support before handling if you need a seal preserved, additional photos, a serial-number check, or other inspection, and confirm the scope and cost. Exterior photographs cannot verify every function or establish authenticity.

If something appears wrong, keep the parcel at the China stage while you contact the seller or platform and clarify the next action with CN2G. Return eligibility, evidence, deadlines, seller agreement, and transport charges vary; a refund is not guaranteed.

Provide your complete overseas address and required customs details. Review the accepted shipping service, packed dimensions, chargeable weight, included charges, exclusions, and quote validity. Use the 4PX calculator as an estimate, then check the issued invoice in My Billing. Pay the applicable invoice and follow the international shipment in My Shipments.

• Use the next action in the original parcel or assisted-purchase record. Check whether combined packing is suitable before requesting it.
• Do not create a second consolidation request when the assisted order already follows an arranged direct-dispatch process.
• Check destination taxes, import requirements, and any clearance documents requested for your shipment.
• The international tracking number may differ from the seller’s domestic tracking number.
